Monica Pilarc, Ph.D., ABPP, serves as the primary contact for Northwest Assessment Services. With over 20 years of experience working in public safety, she is the first Washington state resident psychologist to become Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology. She is a member in good standing with WASPC (Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs), IACP (International Association of Chiefs of Police, including the Psychological Services section), and the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals. She is also recognized by the National Register of Health Services Providers in Psychology. All of these organizations require sponsorship and/or rigorous demonstration of professional qualifications. She is licensed to provide services both in Washington and Alaska.
